Owner of over 300 patents and receiver of the Army Navy Award for Excellence in World War II. This property has been home to heartache, ingenuity, hope, and maybe most of all, grit.

After many years of focusing on business, Failing turned his efforts to civic and philanthropic projects.

We are hosting our 2nd Annual Tulips for Tatas April 6, 2024, to support and raise funds for women in Northwest Oklahoma fighting breast cancer. Bring your family and join us for a 5k run, pickleball tournament, and cornhole or just come enjoy the day with us.
